Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The room was spacious and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep in NYC, but some aspects of the service left much to be desired. The location was great, with ample dining options nearby, but there were some issues with the facilities that affected the overall experience.
My stay at this hotel was quite similar to my previous experience at Hyatt and Hyatt House Jersey City, where I also encountered the same issue. The hotel offers a lovely breakfast and the rooms, particularly the large corner room on the lower floors, were spacious and comfortable. However, the flirting behavior and inappropriate comments from some staff members were off-putting, despite the welcoming and helpful service from others.
The hotel had a wonderful view, but I'd only revisit if they offer a lower rate since everything seems to come with an extra cost that I didn't find worth it. There was some noise until the early hours, which might not bother party people.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms had a balcony, but they were cold with a lot of air coming in from the window. The air vent being high up made it hard to feel the warmth. Being just below the lounge was not ideal. The service seemed nice overall, but some staff members were unfriendly. The location was perfect for exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn, despite being a bit noisy. The dining experience was nice, and the facilities were adequate.
The terrace suite on the 6th floor looked nice, but I would consider revisiting only if they offer a better rate since you end up paying for almost everything, which didn’t feel worth it to me. The room was cold with a lot of draft coming through the window and the high air vent.
The hotel has amazing service, very nice staff, and is in a great neighborhood. However, the rooms were smaller than expected, and there was limited privacy. Dining options were surprisingly good, and the location is convenient for exploring NYC.
My stay at the hotel was cozy and neat with lovely rooms, though a bit loud being located one floor above the club. The room could get cold due to drafty windows and high air vents. Standing on the bed made the temperature difference instantly noticeable.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room wasn't what I expected, but it turned out to be very comfortable, albeit under the nightclub, which could get noisy. On the bright side, the spacious room with huge windows offered a great view over Manhattan, and the nice rooftop bar was a bonus.
